APPLICATION AND ENTRY FEE

Each applicant must:

1) complete an application form and send it

together with other required documents to the following address until 15. 12. 2009:

International Smetana Piano Competition
Conservatory of Pilsen
Kopeckého sady 10
301 00  Pilsen
Czech Republic

2) enclose an entry fee until 15. 12. 2009.

The entry fee for foreign participants in the Competition amounts to 50 Euros

  • The entry fee should be credited to the following account number:
  • IBAN: CZ 17 0800 0000 0007 2192 5329
  • BIC: GIBACZPX

The "variable symbol" (VS) on the payment form of the entry fee will be the passport number of the applicant.

THE CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS AND ENTRY FEE IS
15 DECEMBER, 2009

The following documents should be attached to the application form:

  • Foreign participants
  • a photocopy of the applicant´s passport, stating the applicant´s name, date of birth and passport number
  • a portrait photograph of the applicant signed on the back

None of the documents provided will be returned.

The Organiser will acknowledge the receipt and acceptance of applications by
15 January, 2010.
